booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help
you survive in case you become stranded.

Details:
* WHAT...Heavy wet snow possible. Total snow accumulation of 7
inches or more possible in the higher elevations and up to 4
inches in lower elevations.

* WHERE...A portion of central New York.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs
may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
