* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF THE WESTERN MOHAWK VALLEY AND
SUSQUEHANNA REGIONS IN NEW YORK...THE NORTHERN TIER COUNTIES
OF PENNSYLVANIA...AND THE WILKES-BARRE SCRANTON METRO AREA.
* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES BY LATER TONIGHT.
* TIMING...OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE
AFTERNOON. THE STEADIEST AND HEAVIEST SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED THIS
EVENING...FROM ROUGHLY 7 PM TO MIDNIGHT. SNOW SHOULD TAPER OFF AFTER
MIDNIGHT.
* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 20S.
* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 5 TO 10 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.
* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED SLIPPERY ROADS AND WALKWAYS.
